Ralph Feurer joined Norton's Quality Exteriors in 1979 when he partnered with now retired Ted Norton. Ralph has over 30 years of experience in managing and selling home improvements. Ralph is known as one of the best technical salesmen in the industry, and spends considerable time coaching salesmen in non-competing markets, helping them improve their skills.

Shawn Feurer, Vice President & General Manager
Shawn joined Norton's Quality Exteriors in 1991 and became part owner in 1998 when Ted Norton retired. Shawn received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1999. Since becoming co-owner, the father-son team of Ralph and Shawn Feurer has been successful in taking Norton's Quality Exteriors to a new level of excellence.
