Ralph Feurer joined Norton's Quality Exteriors in 1979 when he partnered with now retired Ted Norton. Ralph has over 30 years of experience in managing and selling home improvements. Ralph is known as one of the best technical salesmen in the industry, and spends considerable time coaching salesmen in non-competing markets, helping them improve their skills. |
Shawn Feurer, Vice President & General Manager
Shawn joined Norton's Quality Exteriors in 1991 and became part owner in 1998 when Ted Norton retired. Shawn received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1999. Since becoming co-owner, the father-son team of Ralph and Shawn Feurer has been successful in taking Norton's Quality Exteriors to a new level of excellence. |
Jeremy Estrada, Production Manager
Jeremy Estrada has been in the construction industry for the past 10 years. He began his career at Norton's Quality Exteriors as an apprentice and then worked his way up to his current position as Production Manager. A former U.S. Army Ranger, Jeremy is the company's "get it done" guy with a focus on customer satisfaction. |
Brandon Moncur, Operations Manager
Brandon Moncur has been with Norton's Quality Exteriors since 2003. A returned LDS missionary from Guatemala, Brandon's Spanish speaking skills have made him a very valuable asset to our management team. Brandon is currently pursuing a degree in accounting from the University of Utah. |
Sylvia Fenton, Office Manager
Sylvia Fenton has over 12 years experience in office management and has worked for Norton's Quality Exteriors since 1995. Sylvia previously spent 15 years as a legal secretary. |
Tony Florez, Project Manager
Tony Florez has been in the construction business for over 23 years and has been working with Norton's since 2003. Tony manages one of our siding crews and offers a very strong degree of experience and professionalism. His attention to detail and doing things right the first time makes him a very valuable asset to the Norton production team. |
Vern Akauola, Roofing Production Manager
Vern Akauola is our roofing production manager. Vern has over 9 years experience in roofing including running his own business Utah's Premier roofing for 5 years. He brings years of technical experience and he is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Vern served an LDS mission in Arkansaw. He also played football for Snow college while pursuing a degree in construction management. |
